Bobby A. Beal

Bobby A. Beal, age 61, of Roseburg passed away on April 24, 2016 in Portland. He was born on June 3, 1954 in Roseburg where he was raised by Robert and Colleen Beal. Bobby attended and graduated from Roseburg Senior High after which he joined the U.S. Air Force and worked security at McChord Air Force Base. After his time in the Air Force he returned to the Umpqua Valley and worked a variety of jobs at the local sawmills. He loved his family, racing, his corvette and spending time in the outdoors. Colleen, who raised him, was a major influence in his life and her passing deeply impacted him. Bobby is survived by his daughter, Jenny of Montana, two granddaughters, Vicki and Cody of Montana as well as his father, Robert, and three brothers, Gary, Roger and Mike and one sister, Teresa. Military honors will be offered on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 3:00pm at the Roseburg National Cemetery.
