Janice M. Talburt, age 88, of Roseburg passed away on December 25, 2023. She was born September 10, 1935 in Arkansas to Arthur and Florence McLarty. She was married to Robert L. Talburt, together they had five children. She is survived by her husband, Robert and sons, Rick, Jack, Joe and Dan and daughter Vickie, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
